REGISTRATION

CNU 32.Cincinnati will take place from May 15 - 18, 2024 with additional workshops and tours available throughout that time. You may now register here

Member rates are available to Urbanist, Discount Urbanist, and Group members. You may join or renew your membership on our website or during the registration process. Full registrations include all non-ticketed sessions and events for the Congress, Wednesday through Saturday. One-Day registrations includes all non-ticketed sessions and events for a single day. Group registration for three or more individuals from the same firm or organization is available at discounted rates - please send your inquiry on group registration to registration@cnu.org

* Student rate only available with copy of full-load class schedule for the current semester. Local Government or Tribal Government discount rate only available with a valid copy of a government ID. 

Cancelation & Refund Policy: Refund minus a 10% processing fee will be offered if canceled on or before April 15, 2024. Beginning April 16, 2024 there will be no refunds. Substitutions may be made without penalty. Please submit your cancelation request or substitution information by clicking here.

Hours and Location

Registration will be located at the Hilton Netherland Plaza in the Pavillion Foyer on the 4th Floor Tuesday - Saturday. You can access the registration area from the hotels elevator bank or via the stairs from the Mezzanine and Hall of Mirrors Foyer. 

There will be self-check kiosks to print your own badge. More information on badge printing will be available as the Congress nears. For troubleshooting, please visit the On-Site Registration/Solutions table that will be located by registration. Registration will be open the following days and times:

  • Tuesday, May 14: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday, May 15: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Thursday, May 16: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday, May 17: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday, May 18: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Please wear your badge where it can be easily seen during the Congress. Lost badges will incur a $15 reprinting fee.
