WHERE IS CNU 28.TWIN CITIES BEING HELD?

CNU 28.Twin Cities (also known as The Congress) will be held in Saint Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. The Congress will take place across several unique venues in Saint Paul and Minneapolis, with our “home base” at the InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront.

WHAT REGISTRATION OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

CNU offers a range of registration options, including single and multi-day passes, with discounted registration options available for members, students and recent graduates, nonprofit and government employees, and international attendees.

HOW DO I EXHIBIT AT CNU 28.TWIN CITIES?

Exhibit space is available on a first come, first served basis.

HOW CAN I SPONSOR CNU 28.TWIN CITIES?

Congress sponsorship is available at all levels. The deadline to sign up is April 15, 2020. Visit our sponsorship page for more information.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR A DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION?

Discounted pricing is available for students and recent graduates, nonprofit and government employees, and international attendees. Proof of qualification (course schedule, business card, student ID, etc.) may be required at check in.

To qualify for member registration prices, your CNU membership must be valid through June 2020. If you are not a member and would like to become one, visit our website for more information and to join online. Please allow 7 working days for the membership information to be shared with our Congress registration team. You may also renew or add membership onto your Congress registration.

WHAT ARE ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT?

CNU accepts payment in the form of check, wire transfer, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Funds must be in US Dollars. Offline registrations available on request. Checks should be made payable to CNU.

For accounting purposes, the CNU Federal Tax ID number is 65-0483737.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION?

Online registrations will receive an email confirmation upon completion of their registration. Email confirmations will be sent to the email address used to set up the online account. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received a confirmation email within a few hours of registering.

WHERE DO I GET MY BADGE AND TICKETS?

Your Congress badge, program, special events, and tour tickets (if applicable) can be picked up at the registration desk in the InterContinental Hotel, our home base Congress venue. We encourage you to pick up your materials on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 between 4 PM and 7 PM if you have purchased a tour or 202 Workshop ticket for Wednesday morning. The lines will be much shorter than on Wednesday morning.

ARE YOU OFFERING CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS?

Yes. CNU will apply for AIA, AICP, and LACES continuing education credits for Congress sessions and events. Additionally, Congress sessions, tours, and plenaries are CNU-Accreditation continuing education credit approved. To learn more, visit our continuing education page. ARE YOU OFFERING SCHOLARSHIPS?

Yes, in an effort to expand participation and bring in new voices, CNU will offer a select number of 4-day Congress registration scholarships.

ARE THERE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES?

Yes, CNU's annual Congress would not be possible without the help of onsite volunteers, and CNU 28.Twin Cities is no exception. In return for 10-12 hours of volunteer time, CNU offers volunteers a 4-day Congress registration to all non-ticketed sessions for a heavily discounted rate of $185. Volunteers who complete their hours and duties are eligible for a $100 registration refund. Click here for more information.

WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS?

If you have special needs and require accommodation, please email a description of your requirements to Kelly Moran by Friday, May 22, 2020. Should you require special hotel accommodations, please notify your hotel when making your reservation.

DO YOU ALLOW FOR SUBSTITUTIONS, CANCELLATIONS, OR REFUNDS?

Registration fees will be refunded less a $100 administration charge, if a refund request is received via email Kelly Moran before Friday, May 8, 2020. No refunds for registration fees will be issued for requests received after this date. Substitutions may be made without penalty. Please email your cancellation or substitution requests to Kelly.

WILL CHILDCARE BE PROVIDED?

Childcare will not be offered at CNU 28.Twin Cities, however, attendees are encouraged to research available options at their own discretion.
