CNU tries to offer as many scholarships as possible to broaden the voices, talents, and perspectives at any Congress. For those who have already applied, CNU will send a notice shortly informing you of your status. However, since the scholarship application period closed in early March, economic conditions for many, including local governments, have changed significantly. To address that need, we are re-opening the scholarship application process through May 25, 2020.

Everyone with a financial need is eligible to apply and in particular, we are doing special outreach to local government staff and elected officials who have had their budgets entirely shut down to help address the urgent needs associated with the COVID-19 public health crisis.

A virtual Congress is an excellent opportunity to introduce new voices and perspectives to our discussions as well as to introduce New Urbanist ideas and approaches to a new generation of urbanists. CNU is committed to accepting as many applications this year as we can. Please help us spread the word.

Thank you for your interest in a CNU 28 registration scholarship. Applications are now closed and notifications will be sent by June 1. We hope to see you online at CNU 28.A Virtual Gathering.
