Cancellations
Registration refunds are not permitted after May 9th. If you are unable to attend the Congress, you may transfer your registration. Please click here to email your registration substitution request.
Check-In, Registration and Badges
Registration will be on the ground-floor level of the Omni Providence. Please wear your badge where it can be easily seen during the Congress. Due to our new printing system, lost badges will incur a $15 reprinting fee. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Continuing Education Credits
CNU 33 offers nearly 80 CEUs, which can easily be claimed using the CNU Engage/PheedLoop event app. To claim AIA and LA CES credits, fill out the form at the bottom of that session on the app and we’ll report them to the corresponding organization. For AICP and CNU-A credits, you report these directly to the accrediting organization.
Dress Code
Business casual is appropriate for all sessions and events at the Congress along with comfortable shoes. Several events and tours will take place outside. Providence is usually comfortable in June, with an average high of 77° and a low of 62°. We encourage attendees to be mindful of the weather forecast and plan accordingly.
Meeting rooms can be cool, so you may want to bring a sweater or light jacket.

As in previous years, exhibits will be found throughout the CNU 33 meeting space - specifically on the 1st floor in the Narragansett Prefunction area, in the hallway of the 3rd floor in front of the Providence Ballroom, and in South County.
