RFP Description
A major update of the Town's comprehensive plan will begin in January 2017 and will be completed by Town staff. However, the volume and timing of the planning needs of this effort cannot be all accommodated in-house and thus outside assistance is being sought to provide analysis and recommendations on specific issues such as student housing growth and the evaluation of the long term land use potential of the areas around the existing downtown. Land use as well as issues related to impacts on infrastructure, connectivity and alternative transportation (transit, bike, pedestrian) need to be studied.
