Project Summary
Proposals are due on December 1st, 2016 at 3 p.m.
Washtenaw County is pleased to offer vacant land for sale, which is located in the City of Ann Arbor. Development proposals are being requested for:
- 13.59 acre parcel
- Located at 2270 Platt Road, south of Washtenaw Avenue
- Property is adjacent to the 110 acre County Farm Park
The County will accept and evaluate all responses received in response to this RFP regardless of the type of development proposed. However, the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners has expressed a specific interest in proposals from qualified developers that create a mixed-income housing community. Proposals responding to this specific interest will be prioritized for consideration.
