What city will host CNU 29?

Angela M. Perry, Wednesday, September 5, 2018

From the resurgence of livable downtowns to the rise of urban technology, America's cities are changing faster than ever before. Every year, CNU's annual Congress visits one host city where those changes are on display—exploring the state of New Urbanism through the lens of places like Seattle, Detroit, Dallas, and Buffalo.

Could your city be next?

Today, CNU is opening the Request For Proposals to host CNU 29 in 2021. We're looking for North American cities with fascinating stories to tell our audience—places where the biggest trends and challenges in urbanism are front and center. If your city has an extraordinary story to tell, we want to hear from you.

Applications should be submitted by a diverse, robust local host committee with outlined plans for organizing, fundraising, marketing, and executing the Congress. Proposals will be reviewed by CNU's staff and contract team. Applicants may be contacted with questions.

Submissions are open through November 15, 2018. For more information on current and past Congress host cities, visit www.CNU.org.
