Job Description

Freese and Nichols, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Architect Project Manager to work in one of our Dallas, Fort Worth, or Austin office locations, in a team environment of our Urban Planning + Design group.  This professional with 8-10 years of relevant work experience will lead and oversee projects in Texas. The primary line of work is landscape architecture, however we are a diverse, multi-discipline group and this professional will coordinate with other disciplines in completing projects along with developing client relationships and pursuing new work. Project work will include park and trail planning and design, streetscape design, roadway landscape design and general site planning.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited university, strong AutoCAD and creative illustration skills in addition to Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of all phases of project development including master planning through construction documentation. Candidates must also be well-organized and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a large landscape architectural or multi-disciplinary firm is highly desirable.
