The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) has put out an RFP for a consultant to work with the authority on Michigan's second statewide housing plan. The work will include research and data analysis, community outreach and engagement, and drafting the plan, including implementation components.

If there are any questions, potential applications should submit those to MSHDA-Procurement@michigan.gov by September, 10, 2025, at 4pm EST.

Applications are due September 30, 2025, by 4pm EST.

MSHDA hopes to find a strong housing planning partner to create a second statewide housing plan.
