Description
The Michigan Land Bank Authority, in collaboration with the Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy and the Village of Elberta, seeks a development partner for an inspirational project located on Michigan’s Sunset Shoreline. Tucked between Lake Michigan and inland Betsie Lake, the 10-acre brownfield site is accented by a stunning natural dune landscape and attracts many outdoor and recreational enthusiasts. The community has a vision for a mixed-use project that includes a small New Town Center (or Village Center) with missing middle housing formats. The ideal project will embrace the village’s charm, small-town character, and unique history.
