The evening will start at 4:00 PM with a Project Pro Forma Workshop workshop led by Bob Crego, project manager and team leader for M&S Development, and will be followed by a presentation at 6:00 PM on TRANSFORMING DOWNTOWNS: Combining urban design with economic strategies to rebuild downtowns led by Bob Stevens, principal for M&S Development and professional engineer with over 25 years of experience leading teams in design, planning, urban design, public bond campaigns, project finance & development.
