Downtown Doraville - Civic Campus RFQ
Doraville, GA
City of Doraville, GA

Deadline: August 8, 2016 at 2 p.m. EDT

Description:

The City of Doraville, Georgia is accepting RFQ responses from consulting firms experienced in providing planning, architectural, and engineering services for a new downtown civic campus that includes consolidation of all City facilities onto one parcel (City Hall, Civic Center, Police Station, Courthouse, Library, and structured parking).  The campus will be part of a transit-oriented masterplan redevelopment including infrastructure improvements (roads, underground utilities, streetscape) and extension of Flowers Park into a civic lawn with a stormwater pond.   The masterplan site is directly across from the Doraville MARTA station and is generally bound by New Peachtree Road, Stewart Road, Buford Highway, and Flowers Park, and encompasses Park Avenue and Central Avenue.  The Civic Campus section of the masterplan is proposed along Central Avenue.
