Please visit www.steiner.com for more information. Our construction and development executives get involved in the projects from their inception to their opening. The responsibilities include the hiring and directing of design teams (architects, consultants), the selection and management of construction service providers (contractors, construction managers) and interface with internal accounting, management and leasing teams.
We prefer 2 – 10 years in the construction or real estate development industry, with a minimum of a Bachelor degree in Engineering (structural, civil, mechanical) or in Physics. A second degree or a minor in Humanities is highly desirable. Multi-cultural experience, the speaking of foreign languages will be considered as an additional asset, since our creative thinking always is in a global context. This position will be based in Columbus, Ohio with travel to the various locations of development projects required.
The compensation will range from $60,000 to $120,000 and will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate.
