We are seeking a Civil Engineer to further expand our team and scope of services.
Responsibilities:
Our staff participate in all stages of project development and build on their strengths while continuing to learn new skills. You will work with a team of diverse professionals to design sustainable infrastructure solutions for both cities and the private sector. You will work with a project manager and team members on all aspects of public and private projects from inception to construction completion. The project types, locations, and clients are very diverse. You will participate in design charrettes that may involve world travel. You should have strong organizational and people skills and a desire and ability to rapidly increase your knowledge and responsibility.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, excellent oral and written communication skills, E.I.T. certification is desired, and P.E. preferred. You should have strong civil design skills, a keen interest in implementing walkable urbanism, and demonstrated experience in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D to perform street, grading, drainage, water, and sewer designs. Familiarity with GIS, Photoshop, Excel, SketchUp, and Revit and/or the ability to learn them quickly is a plus. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and enjoy working with people.
Salary and Benefits:
The pay for this full-time position is dependent on qualifications.
