David Dixon

David Dixon is Stantec’s Urban Places Fellow. He organized, on behalf of the AIA “The First National Conference on Density: Myth and Reality” in 2003. Creating “walkable density” continues to be central to all his work. He is currently exploring density’s role in shaping the post-pandemic future for US downtowns in a book for Island Press.
