Kara Luckey

Kara Luckey is a PhD Candidate in the College of Architecture and Planning at the University of Colorado, where her work is focused on the relationship between urban infrastructure and community development. She is currently engaged in research related to neighborhood change processes, residential location decision-making, transportation and housing equity, and public transit’s role as a community and economic development tool.
