Matt Biggar

Matt Biggar, Ph.D., is Principal of Connected to Place, a strategy consulting firm that provides facilitation and strategic planning services for place-based collaboratives, government agencies, foundations, and nonprofits. Matt helps organizations and collaboratives plan and implement strategies that shift power, culture, and land use to propel place-based systems change. Matt has a Ph.D. from Stanford University (2015), where he researched sustainability, behavioral science, and collective impact. Matt and his family are 19-year residents of San Francisco.
