Chris McCahill (PhD, MS in civil engineering, University of Connecticut) is a Associate Researcher with the State Smart Transportation Initiative. Prior to joining SSTI, Chris worked on the Project for Transportation Reform at the Congress for the New Urbanism in Chicago.
