A new partnership has been established between TND Advisors LLC, an affiliate of the Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) Fund, and Hillman Properties Inc., a subsidiary of The Hillman Company, of Pittsburgh, to provide equity capital for TNDs. The Hillman Company has more than $2 billion in diversified investments. The TND Fund, based in Durham, North Carolina, is an investment partnership designed to help institutions and high-net-worth individuals invest in TNDs, based on location, design, developer track record, vision, market research, and profit potential.
