The city council in the St. Louis, Missouri, suburb of Kirkwood has approved the master plan for Station Plaza, a 7-acre, mixed-use development with 206 apartments, 40,000 square feet of retail and a freestanding office building. The project is being developed by MLP Investments, a co-developer of Wildwood Town Center.
