Homebuilder, developer, and author Fernando Pagés Ruiz has built affordable housing in California, the Midwest, and the Mountain States. His projects have many awards, including the  “Green Building Single Family House of the Year” and the “Workforce Housing Award” from the National Association of Home Builders. He is the author of two books on affordable housing, and is an urbanist who is working with Andres Duany on the design of neighborhoods for Latino immigrants.
