Demographics of CNU

CNU had its biggest Congress ever in Savannah, and the above graphic by Jay Shepley shows how the attendees broke down into various demographic segments. The attendees were highly diverse in terms of professions and ages, spanning a wide range of occupations in the public and private sectors. This is part of what gives the Congress its energy—if you don't know how something works, you can almost always locate someone who does know. The energy of youth and the wisdom of mid- and late-career professionals is also on display. Other kinds of diversity could improve.
