A 60-acre high-tech “eco-industrial park” is planned adjacent to the village center in San Christobol Village, a 1,818-acre TND in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The project is being developed in a new community growth district by the State Land Office and planning lessee John McCarthy in partnership with the county. The community growth district encourages mixed-use TND development by focusing growth in specific areas at the outskirts of the city.
Designed by Lloyd and Tryk Architects, the project consists of a mixed-use village with 14 neighborhoods in an architectural style consistent with older neighborhoods in the city. The project is currently in the review process.
