Goldstein says she offers the service as a cost-effective alternative for small developers who want to avoid the high price of drafting new documents and the pitfalls of copying other projects’ documents from public records. Included in the set are a declaration, master deed restrictions, contractor agreements, design code procedures, information on drawing up a budget, and other documents. Goldstein licenses the documents to developers for a particular project and can consult on tailoring the documents over the phone.
