President Bush has nominated Emil Frankel

President Bush has nominated Emil Frankel for the position of Assistant Secretary of Transportation for Transportation Policy. Frankel currently serves on the board of directors of the Surface Transportation Policy Project (STPP) and is an advisor to the National Trust for Historic Preservation. According to STPP, “Frankel understands how transportation affects not just the movement of goods and people, but also the quality of life for entire communities.”
