The Southern California Association of Governments

The Southern California Association of Governments has selected a team headed by John Fregonese and Peter Calthorpe to lead a “ Growth Visioning” project, one of the largest such exercises undertaken to date. The region has a population exceeding 15 million people in an area of more than 38,000 square miles. The team also includes the Southern California Transportation and Land Use Coalition and Urban Insight, a provider of internet support for the urban planning field.
