Georgia Tech hired Catherine Ross, the former executive director of the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority, to head the Center for Quality Growth and Regional Development. The center provides outreach and research for the College of Architecture and will examine land use, community design, transportation, and air quality issues in the Atlanta region.
