Where is CNU 25.Seattle being held?

CNU 25.Seattle will be held in Seattle, WA. CNU 25.Seattle will be one of the most immersive Congresses yet. The Congress will take place in multiple unique venues in downtown Seattle. Learn more about the venues here.

How do I register for CNU 25.Seattle?

Do you have one-day registration available?

Yes, please check the Registration Information page.

What are the accepted forms of payment?

The accepted forms of payment are checks, wire transfer, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Funds must be in U.S. Dollars. Offline registrations available on request. Checks should be made payable to CNU. (For accounting purposes, the CNU Federal Tax ID number is 65-0483737)

Is there a student registration rate?

Discounted pricing is available for students. To qualify, a current class schedule must be provided. Please check the Registration Information page.

How do I get the member discount?

To qualify for the member registration price, your CNU membership must be valid through May 2017. If you are not a member and would like to become one, click here for information and to join online. Please allow 7 working days for the membership information to be shared with Congress registration team. You may also renew or add membership onto your Congress registration.

When will I receive my registration confirmation?

Online registrations will receive an email confirmation upon completion of their registration. Email confirmations will be sent to the email address used to set up the online account. Please check you spam folder if you haven't received a confirmation email within a few hours of registering.

Where do I get my badge and tickets?

Your Congress badge, program, special events, and tour tickets (if applicable) can be picked up at the registration desk in the lobby of Benaroya Hall. We encourage you to pick up your materials on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 between noon - 7 PM if you have purchased a tour or 202 workshop ticket for Wednesday morning. The lines will be much shorter than on Wednesday morning.

Are you providing Continuing Education Credits?

Yes. CNU will apply for AIA and AICP continuing education credits for Congress sessions and events. Please check the online Congress schedule to find out which sessions are receiving continuing education credits. Credits will be posted as they are approved.

Are you offering scholarships?

Yes. In an effort to expand participation and bring in new voices, CNU will offer a select number of 4-day Congress registration scholarships to CNU 25.Seattle. Priority will be given to the following applicants: Students (undergrad and graduate), Government Officials/Employees, and Employees of Community Organizations. Applications are now closed.

Are you offering volunteer positions?

Yes. CNU is offering a number of volunteer positions at CNU 25.Seattle. In exchange for 8-10 hours of volunteer time, volunteers are offered a 4-Day registration for the highly discounted fee of $85. Applications are now closed.

What about people with special needs?

If you have special needs and require accommodation, please email a description of your requirements to kelly@ahi-services.com by Friday, April 21, 2017. Should you require special hotel accommodations, please notify your hotel when making your reservation.

What about substitutions, cancellations, and refunds?

Registration fees will be refunded less a $100 administration charge, if a refund request is received via email at kelly@ahi-services.com before Friday, March 31, 2017. No refunds for registration fees will be issued for requests received after this date. Substitutions may be made without penalty. Please email your cancellation or substitution requests to Kelly at kelly@ahi-services.com.
