Executive Vice President of Boyle Investment Company, Bloodworth provides strategic direction to the Office Development Team, oversees large scale multiple-use projects, establishes joint ventures and works with large users. Bloodworth has been with Boyle since 1968. He has an undergraduate degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia, studied Environmental Design at Yale University, was an American Scandinavian Foundation Fellow in Sweden, Associate Memphis Realtor of the Year, and is a full member of the Urban Land Institute. A Knight Fellow with the University of Miami, Bloodworth has received numerous awards for project excellence and was featured in Southern Living for his contributions to landscape enhancement. He is listed in Memphis Magazine as one of 100 "Movers and Shakers" in the Memphis Community. Bloodworth is also an artist with some of his prints on display at http://www.russellbloodworth.com/. Directly involved in the development of $200 million of office facilities (twenty-three major office facilities exceeding 2 million square feet) from prezoning through occupancy. Has directed the planning, zoning and development of six major multiple use projects in excess of 2,000 acres including Ridgeway Center, the Regalia, Humphreys Center, Schilling Farms and River Oaks. He is currently working on a 600 acre mixed use development, Berry Farms, in Franklin, Tennessee and the Meridian in Cool Springs.
