As a former Planning Commissioner, Councilmember and Mayor in Northern California, I understand Zoning, General Plans, EIRs and the often lengthy entitlement process. My emphasis is in creative site design to maximize the potential use of a site while working with both natural features and existing neighborhood conditions. My architecture relates to the surrounding vernacular and has always been well received by neighbors, boards, commissions and councils.

Sole Practitioner, Office established Jan. 1995. My work is all infill, small-lot or multifamily housing and mixed use. My emphasis is on affordable green housing. Member USGBC.
