Upton is a mixed use, mixed income urban extension of 5000 to the town of Northampton, which was originally master planned in a charrette by the Prince's Foundation. it is organized around a system of sustainable urban drainage, and is being delivered by English Partnerships pursuant to a design code, This is a mews block in Phase One.
