West 7th Apartments Rendering

Rendering of the residential component of the West 7th mixed-use development in Fort Worth's Cultural District.  345 apartments in two buildings, each four floors of apartments over ground-level retail.  Rendering shows mid-block scene with buildings stepped back to create a central plaza.  Also shown are the wide sidewalks and narrow interior streets of the project, as well as one of the project's mid-block pedestrian passages helping to break up the rectangular blocks into more walkable sizes.

West 7th combines retail, office, and residential in a six-block area of Fort Worth's Cultural District, across University Drive from the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth.  West 7th is under construction now.
