LaGrave Field mixed-use master plan

This is the master plan for a new mixed-use development in Uptown Fort Worth spurred by the massive Trinity River Vision project. It is centered around LaGrave Field, the ballpark where the Fort Worth Cats play. The development will feature 1.5 million square feet of office and retail space, and around 850 residential units. Next to the ballpark, there is the possibility of a condo tower and a hotel. A road through the development will be named Bragan Promenade, in honor of former Cats manager Bobby Bragan, and will feature a large circular plaza at LaGrave Field. Construction is set to begin within months.
