Academic Awards: Instructions and Entry Forms

Students, and faculty advising them, are invited to submit entries to the Charter Awards. Submissions may be initiated by faculty (for the work of an entire class and their role in shaping it), or by degree-seeking students (or recent graduates entering work done as a student) in any discipline that contributes to the shaping of the built environment. These submissions have a slightly different submission procedure detailed below. See also the awards FAQ for answers to questions about awards procedures in general.
The submission fee is $50 per entry and includes a one-year CNU student membership. The membership will go to the Contact Person listed, who can be a student or a recent graduate.
To enter:
1) Download the entry materials in PDF or Word format below. The file will contain further instructions, submission requirements and all forms necessary to enter the Charter Awards. Please note that entries must be postmarked by January 18, 2010.
Note: Forms downloaded before early January 2010 do not reflect extended deadline. Be assured that deadline to submit is January 18th, even if your form mentions an earlier deadline.
