Italian Village will soon be home to the newest urban neighborhood in Ohio. Jeffrey Place has begun construction on the 41.5 acre site of the former Jeffrey Manufacturing Company located at the southeast corner of Fourth Street and East First Avenue just north of downtown Columbus.
