Transit Oriented in-fill project on 12,500 s.f. site of former indsutrial use in the center of the Historic business district of Ardmore, PA. The 8 story building will create 29 high end residential units above an 7,000 s.f. retail/restaurant space with 2 levels of underground parking. Adjacent to the site we are jointly re-developing with the municipality a .75 acre municipal parking lot into a new town square. The overall project is designed to achieve a LEED Silver Certification at a minimum, although we believe we may qualify for the Gold level. The Cricket Club project is the first a large component presented as part of Lower merion Township's Transit Center Re-Development PLan, currently out for RFP with bids due September 22, 2007.Read more at this project's website.
