Saturday Morning Plenary with HRH Prince of Wales and Peter Calthorpe

CNU members were treated to a special video message from His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, who has been a leading figure in promoting sustainable building through the practice of traditional architecture and urbanism. The Prince received an Athena Medal for his lifetime dedication to reviving the art and craft of traditional building and promoting the benefits of traditional urbanism. Watch HRH's Athena Award acceptance speech via video.

The session continues with a major address on the inextricable relationship between ecology and urbanism by Peter Calthorpe, author, CNU co-founder, and leading regional and community planner. Note: Some audio problems emerged during processing of this recording. CNU will reprocess and repost this file.
