•Working effectively with a group
•Planning
•Urban Design
•Building a Team
•Project budgets
•Public presentations
•Working thru political approvals and entitlements
•Construction management
•Keeping a construction project on budget
•Community Development Activist
Here is what you need to bring to the table to be eligible for this program:
•Great writing and editing
•A love of project management
•A love of research
An understanding of marketing plus the ability to:
•Use WordPress, Social Media and Constant Contact
