Deadlines

Early bird registration: April 30, 2014, 11:59pm EST
Online registration closes: May 30th at midnight EST.
Onsite registration opens June 3rd at 5:00pm.

After May 30, please wait for onsite registration starting on Tuesday June 3rd at 5pm. Registrations received between May 30th and June 3rd will have to be re-processed onsite.

Substitution/Cancellation Policy

Substitutions for Conference Registration are accepted at any time without penalty but must be made in writing. Registration fees will be refunded less a $100.00 administration charge if a refund request is received in writing at convene@aol.com before April 30, 2014. No refunds for registration fees will be issued for requests received after April 30, 2014, and the participant or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the fee.
