Location: Atlanta, GA, USA. Brownfield redevelopment of old cement recycling facility 2 miles from downtown Atlanta, GA

This plan starts with the site cleanup of a former concrete recycling plant two miles from downtown Atlanta. Inspired by a three-day charrette, the subsequent development will feature as many as 425 units on 28 acres. It is on a planned transit line and has two civic squares. It provides for many daily needs: schools, shopping, and office space complement a range of housing types.
