A Civic Vision for the Riverfront, perspective transportation plan

This riverfront plan seeks to reverse the trend of regional expansion through the greenfield development of 1,100 acres of land stretching over seven miles at the center of the city. A new grid is proposed, one that connects neighborhoods to the riverfront and new civic boulevards with mass transportation that is part of a regional network of traffic and transportation that supports compact, pedestrian-friendly mixed-use development.
