New Urbanism has strong roots in Florida. So strong that CNU Florida is CNU’s first full chapter. Founded in 2003, we have nine sub-regions that in partnership with our state chapter offer educational, social, and professional events to our members. CNU Florida strives to be a resource for trends in urbanism and to bring CNU’s message to all who are interested throughout the state.
In addition to our yearly statewide meetings, CNU Florida has hosted two national CNU conferences - CNU10 in Miami and CNU20 in West Palm Beach.
