CNU XVI will be held at the Austin Convention Center, 500 East Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, TX 78701.

DEADLINES:
Early bird registration: March 5, 2008, midnight EST
Online registration: March 28, 2008, 5 p.m. EST
Mailed or faxed registration: March 31, 2008, 5 p.m. EST (postmarked)
After March 31st, please wait for onsite registration. Registrations receive between April 1st and April 2nd will have to be processed onsite.

Onsite registration hours in the palazzo area of the Austin Convention Center will be:
Wednesday April 2, 2008 3 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Thursday April 3, 2008 7 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday April 4, 2008 7 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Saturday April 5, 2008 7 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday April 6, 2008 9 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Full CNU XVI registration requires current membership in the Congress for the New Urbanism (see membership fee table below). Some ticketed events are open to non-members (see Non CNU-member section).

Congress Fees:

(a) Student must provide copy of ID or class registration. Int’l member discount only applies to registration not membership
(b) Groups of 3 or more members from same employer must submit their registrations at the same time in order to qualify

SUBSTITUTION/CANCELLATION POLICY

Substitutions for Conference Registration are accepted at any time without penalty but must be made in writing. Registration fees will be refunded less a $100.00 administration charge, if a refund request is received in writing at AHI (118 W. Church St., PO Box 519, Selbyville, DE 19975, Fax: 302-436-1911, email: convene@aol.com) before March 5, 2008. No refunds for registration fees will be issued for requests received after March 5, 2008, and the participant or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the fee.
