Deadlines

Early bird registration: May 6, 2011, 11:59pm EST
Online registration: Monday May 30th at midnight EST.
Onsite registration opens Tuesday May 31st at 5:00pm.

After May 28, please wait for onsite registration starting on Tuesday May 31st at 5pm. Registrations received between May 28 and May 31 will have to be re-processed onsite.

Substitution/Cancellation Policy

Substitutions for Conference Registration are accepted at any time without penalty but must be made in writing. Registration fees will be refunded less a $100.00 administration charge, if a refund request is received in writing at convene@aol.com before April 27, 2011. No refunds for registration fees will be issued for requests received after April 27, 2011, and the participant or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the fee.
