CNU 18: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I submitted a proposal for CNU 18. Has my session or speaker request been accepted?
The committee is reviewing all speaker suggestions and will notify you by mid January 2010 if your proposal has been accepted. If you have further questions about the CNU 18 program please direct them to hsmith@cnu.org with the subject line CNU 18 program.
Where is CNU 18 being held?
CNU 18 will be held at the Hilton Atlanta, 255 Courtland Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30303.
How do I register?

Who is Kinsley Meetings?
CNU has partnered with Kinsley Meetings to manage the registration process for this year’s conference. If you have questions about your registration please email them at cnu@kinsleymeetings.com or call them at 303-798-3664.
If you pay your registration via credit card you will see a charge on your credit card from Kinsley & Associates.
What are the accepted forms of payment?
The accepted forms of payment are checks, wire transfer, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners). Registrations must be accompanied by payment. Forms received without payment will not be processed. Funds must be in U.S. Dollars. Checks should be made payable to CNU. (For accounting purposes, the CNU Federal Tax ID number is 65-0483737.)
What is the early bird deadline?
The deadline for early registration is April 8, 2010. Registration forms must be faxed or postmarked by that date to qualify for the early registration rate. Web registrations must be entered by 11:59 PM EST on April 8, 2010 to qualify.
When will I receive my registration confirmation?
All registrations will receive confirmation by e-mail within 5 business days. If you do not provide an e-mail address, a written confirmation will be mailed.
Online registrations will receive an email confirmation upon completion of their registration. Faxed or mailed registrations will receive an email confirmation within 5 days of the form being received by the meeting management office (Kinsley Meetings). Email confirmations will be sent to the email addressed used to set-up the online account.
Is on-site registration available?
On-site registration will be available, although attendees are strongly encouraged to register in advance. Not only do you save money by registering early, but we cannot guarantee that registrations received after May 17, 2010 will be processed or confirmed prior to the conference.

Where do I get my tickets and badges?
Paid sessions and some social events require tickets that will be distributed along with your badge at the conference registration desk. Name badges are required for admission to all sessions.

Can I attend the conference if I'm not a CNU member?
Yes. Please check the registration pricing.
How do I get the member discount?
To qualify for the member registration price, your CNU membership must be valid until May 2010.
If you are not a member and would like to become one, click here for membership information and to join online. You also have the option to add membership onto your CNU 18 registration when you register online.
Is there a student price?
Special student pricing is available. To qualify for student registration, a valid student ID or class registration must be provided. Please check the registration pricing.
What about substitutions, cancellations and refunds?
Substitutions for Conference Registration are accepted at any time without penalty but must be made in writing. Registration fees will be refunded less a $100.00 administration charge, if a refund request is received in writing before April 8, 2010. No refunds for registration fees will be issued for requests received after April 8, 2010, and the participant or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the fee.
All substitutions and cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to Kinsley at registration@kinsleymeetings.com.
