The event was organized by CNU and the Claiborne Corridor Improvement Coalition, with support from the Ford Foundation, the Greater New Orleans Foundation, the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities, Tulane University's School of Architecture, and University of New Orleans' Merritt C.
