Tom Low of DPZ Checks In

The indefatigable Tom Low - he of the recent Charlotte Magazine profile - checks in with CNU from the current EPA Stormwater Meetings.

Says Low, "FYI - day 2 of meetings - the empty chair is my seat.  I am one of 6 invited outside LID  'experts' to discuss the direction and scenarios of the new policy framework.  I jumpstarted the discussion this morning by giving a short PPT overview of Light Imprint.  The rest of the people in the room surrounding us are EPA staff working on various elements of the new policy."
