"Rogue of the Week" award from Portland's muckraking weekly

Those coming to the CNU Transportation Summit in Portland next week may want to check out the "Rogue of the Week" award from Portland's muckraking weekly Willamette Week at http://wweek.com/columns/rogue/#35.51.

It concerns the Portland region's draft Regional Transportation Plan that Metro staff calculate will increase emissions a whopping 49% by 2035 if jurisdictions in the region all get their way!
