In this issue, Rob Steuteville interviews John Norquist, the President and CEO of CNU, as he hands the reins over to incoming President Lynn Richards. Norquist talks about the issues he's most passionate about, such as CNU's Live/Work/Walk initiative, federal transportation spending and policy, and how urbanism improves value. Rob also brings us an interview with President Richards as she prepares to lead CNU starting July 1st. Richards says she is in "listening mode" right now, but the interview provides a glimpse into some of her priorities for the organization.
