Congressman Earl Blumenauer to speak at CNU’s Transportation Summit
Congressman Earl Blumenauer of Oregon’s 3rd District, longtime
advocate for sustainable transportation choices such a biking and walking,
will join us for the 2009 summit. As part of advancing the practice of
New Urbanism, CNU members are drafting a statement of Network Principles
and invite you to join in the conversation with leading reformers. Congressman
Earl Blumenauer will address the summit on November 6th, share his reactions
to CNU member ideas, and discuss his latest work in Congress to advance
sustainable transportation reforms.
